Our Story
Founded by Jeff Kaufman, an entrepreneur, corporate educator, and professor, Executive Capacity was launched as a way to tap into the vast expertise of his network and doctoral students to support organizations in addressing their most difficult challenges.
Our Services
Personally, Jeff specializes in leadership development, conflict management consulting, research, and organizational training, but his access to seasoned professionals who share his passion for supporting organizations includes expertise in almost every discipline and business field.
Our Approach
